Worldwide Ministry Outreach

CrossLife Ministries

A four-decade journey of ministry—from international missions and leadership training to worldwide digital outreach—proclaiming one central message: Christ is our life.

For more than four decades, Don Burzynski has served pastors, missionaries, churches, and Christian leaders through counseling, leadership training, and grace-centered biblical teaching. Since joining the team at CrossLife Ministries in 2000, this work has continued through a ministry devoted to helping people understand their identity in Christ and learn how to live from Him as their source of life.

For many years, much of this ministry included international missions, leadership training seminars, pastoral counseling, and teaching opportunities in multiple nations. In recent years, that outreach has continued to expand through digital teaching and media resources, allowing the message to reach people around the world.

Throughout every season of ministry, the central message has remained the same: helping believers understand their identity in Christ and learn how to live from Him as their source of life.

Ministry Highlights

Through these international efforts, CrossLife Ministries invested in strengthening leaders and equipping believers across a wide range of ministry settings.

  • 28 weeks of combined field ministry

    • Over 150,000 miles of international travel

    • 24 leadership seminars conducted

    • More than 1,500 pastors and Christian leaders trained

These leaders represent hundreds of churches, schools, and ministries, multiplying the impact of the training far beyond the original gatherings.

All teaching and training materials for these seminars were provided free of charge.

Significant Ministry Experiences

Some memorable ministry opportunities included:

  • Leadership training seminars for pastors and missionaries in multiple nations

    • Teaching at Ave Maria Catholic College in Nicaragua

    • Serving as a guest speaker for Campus Crusade leadership gatherings in Mongolia

    • Training leaders connected with Mongolia Prison Ministry Fellowship

    • Ministry in churches, Bible schools, orphanages, and underserved regions

    • Open-air evangelistic meetings attended by thousands of people

Many of these ministry opportunities involved not only preaching and teaching but also counseling missionaries, strengthening ministry leaders, and assisting churches navigating difficult ministry environments.

A Personal Dimension

Several of Don’s children participated in these mission trips over the years, making this ministry a deeply personal family experience.

Like many mission efforts, these journeys included unexpected challenges—including being stranded in Haiti during the events of September 11, 2001.

Despite these circumstances, each opportunity served the same purpose: strengthening believers and encouraging Christian leaders in their calling.

Continuing the Mission — Worldwide Outreach Today

While international travel has become less frequent in recent years, the ministry’s outreach has continued to expand through digital teaching and media resources.

In 2018, Don launched the Life As God Intended YouTube channel, extending the ministry’s teaching beyond geographical boundaries. While earlier ministry involved travel to twelve nations, the message now reaches viewers in more than twenty nations through online media.

The channel continues to grow, with more than 46,000 subscribers and viewers engaging with the message of Christ as our Life from many parts of the world.

In addition to YouTube, CrossLife Ministries continues to provide books, counseling resources, and teaching materials designed to help believers understand their identity in Christ and learn how to live as God intended.

In many ways, what once required international travel is now reaching people across the world through online teaching and digital resources.

The Heart of the Mission

Whether counseling in a private office, teaching online, writing books, or ministering in another nation, the heart of CrossLife Ministries remains the same:

Helping people understand their identity in Christ and learn how to live as God intended—deriving life from Him by faith.
